MR. DAVID THOMAS (Merthyr Tydvil),

who had on the Paper a question to ask the Postmaster General whether his attention has been drawn to the great inconvenience caused to the public at Aberaman by the delay in filling the office of postmaster there; if he will state the reason for the delay; and when an appointment will be made, said that since the question had been placed on the Paper the appointment to which it had referred had been made.
