LOWTHERI beg to give notice that upon the earliest available day I will call attention to the grave miscarriage of justice which has taken place in the case of Walter Hargan, who has been sentenced to a long term of penal servitude for having protected his own life, and I will move for an Address to the Crown for a free pardon.
