I bag to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he proposes introducing a measure conferring the same educational advantages on the blind of England and Wales as are afforded by the Scotch Act of last Session?

It is the intention of the Government to introduce ii measure dealing with the education of the blind hi England later in the Session, so soon as the progress of public business will justify their doing so.
