What is the Bill about?

SIR R. WEBSTER

The Bill is simply so prevent documents relating to goods on their way to the warehouse being subject to the Bills of Sale Act, in the same way that Bills of Lading and Dock Warrants do not require to be registered. It has been introduced at the request of a number of leading merchants.
