KEAYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland how many acres of land in Ireland have been purchased by the Irish Land Commission under Clause 5 of "The Purchase of Land (Ireland) Act, 1885;"what amount has been expended by the Land Commission in purchasing the same; how many acres have been sold by the Land Commission under the above clause, what amount has been realised for them, and what number of acres so purchased does the Commission still hold; what is the number of acres and purchase value of holdings resumed by the Land Commission from tenant purchasers under Clause 3; and how many of these have been re-sold to fresh purchasers, and at what price?
