Motion made and question proposed,
2. "That, towards raising the the Supply granted to Her Majesty, there shall be levied and paid to Her Majesty in respect of the value of the entire personal property passing upon the death of any person dying on or after the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, as a Succession or Successions under "The Succession Duty Act, 1853," and in respect of the value of every Succession to real property under the said Act, upon the death of any person so dying, the following Duty (that is to say):—
