§ COLONEL HUGHES (Woolwich)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War what action he proposes to take on the Report of the Select Committee on 708 workmen in Woolwich Arsenal and other Government establishments, entered from 1861 to 1870, being entitled to superannuation; and, whether, if legislation be required to carry out the recommendation of the Committee, such legislation will be proposed this Session?
