STANHOPE,) Lincolnshire, HorncastleThe late Director General of Ordnance Factories resigned his ap- 109 pointment, and receives no pension in virtue of the office resigned. He retired at the same time from the Royal Artillery, on the retired pay to which his service in that corps entitled him. No successor has yet been appointed.
