I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Consul Hewett has yet reported to Her Majesty's Government on the arrest of King Eyo, of Creek Town, within the British Protectorate of Old Calabar, by the Captain of a German man-of-war on the 25th February; and, what is the tenour of his report, and what representations have been made to the German Government on the subject?
