WILLIAM REDMOND (Fermanagh, N.)I beg to ask the Chie 1264 Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the terms of any instructions issued by the Prisons Board in Ireland to Prison Authorities, directing them not to require certain prisoners under the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act to take exercise with other criminals; and, whether such instructions apply to any other offenders?
