I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if any decision has been arrived at with regard to the International Industrial Conference, which, according to the agreement Some to at Rome in 1886, was to have been held in Madrid in the course of the present year?

No invitation to the Conference has been received from the Spanish Government, and it is believed that no date has yet been fixed for the meeting.
