§ * SIR W. HART DYKEI regret to say that it would be altogether out of the power of the Department to furnish the Return asked for. All the information of value which the Department have on the subject is included in the 1350 General Report annually submitted to Parliament, and will be found this year on pages 20–22 of that Report.
