WATTSI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether negotiations are now in progress with the Empire of Brazil for the appointment of a Joint Commission of Delimitation to determine and fix a definite line of frontier between the Colony of British Guiana and the Empire of Brazil; and whether he can now give the House any information on the subject?
