BRODRICKThe Government has not yet been able to secure the Barry Links for artillery practice, but I am informed that an arrangement has. been made with Lord Dalhousie's tutors, 229 by which the Scottish National Artillery Association will be permitted to hold their meeting on Barry Links this year.
