§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. E. STANHOPE) (Lincolnshire, Horncastle), in reply, said, he had no objection to give the numerical result of these inspections if his hon. Friend would move for a Return; but he could not undertake to give the names of the contractors.
