§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. P. B. ROBERTSON) (Bute)There is vacancy in the Procurator Fiscalship of Orkney. The appointment rests with the Sheriff, but requires approval by the Secretary for Scotland. The point to which the hon. Member directs attention will have due consideration.
