On Motion of Mr. Atherley Jones, Bill to repeal certain parts of the Act of the fifty-seventh George the Third, chapter twenty-nine (Local), intituled "An Act for better paving, improving, and regulating the streets of the Metropolis, and removing and preventing nuisances and obstructions thereon," ordered to be brought in by Mr. Atherley Jones, Mr. Forrest Fulton, Mr. Bradlaugh, Sir John Colomb, Mr. Pickersgill, and Mr. Octavius V. Morgan.
