asked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether the Report of the Commission which has been inquiring into the Civil Service in India will be laid upon the Table of both Houses?

Yes. The Secretary of State stated in "another place" that he would lay the Report on the Table, unless he heard from the Viceroy to the contrary, in the course of this week.
