Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House doth agree with the Committee in the First Resolution."

MR. CONYBEARE (Cornwall, Camborne)

said, there were several things in connection with the Vote upon which both himself and other Members were desirous of addressing the House.

THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. JACKSON) (Leeds, N.)

said, it only related to the two Votes he had referred to.

MR. CONYBEARE

maintained his objection.
