I have to point out that the Amendment to this clause, in the name of the hon. Member for North Sligo (Mr. P. McDonald) is not within the scope of the Bill. It proposes to extend the jurisdiction of the Court of Conscience, which could only be done by instruction before the Bill went into Committee.
