CORBET (Wicklow, E.)asked the Secretary to the Treasury, If 1369 he will inquire from some independent quarter, say the Coastguards stationed there, whether it is a fact that the harbour at Greystones is filling up with sand and shingle; and, if such proves to be the case, whether he will call on the Board of Works to take any steps in the matter?
§ THE SECRETARY (Mr. JACKSON) (Leeds, N.), in reply, said, the harbour was being carefully watched by the Commissioners of Public Works. They would be glad to get information on the subject. He would call their attention specially to the suggestion the hon. Member made.
