Carnarvon,asked the First Lord of the Treasury, 1181 Whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce any Bill or Bills into this House during the present Session dealing with the tithe question; and, if so, when; and, whether, considering the grave importance of the subject to many parts of England and Wales, the Government will allocate to its consideration such and so many days as will reasonably insure such Bills becoming law before the Recess?
