Member for 940 the Penrith Division of Cumberland, with reference to the advertised notice of the Charity Commissioners in the matter of the Holloway Sanatorium Hospital for the Insane, Whether they will place in the hands of those who desire information on the subject the Draft Scheme for the future regulation and management of the Charity, or such other particulars as will render it possible to offer objections, or suggest modifications, in accordance with the terms of the notice; and, whether the names of the Trustees and Committee of Management, who are to be empowered to make certain Rules and Regulations, can be supplied?
