asked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether the question of granting the Charter of a City to Belfast, which he undertook to consider more than a year ago, has been determined yet?

The question of granting the Charter of a City to Belfast has been carefully considered, and I hope that a decision on the subject will be shortly arrived at.
