asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether any further communications have been received by the Foreign Office from the Government of the United States relative to the conduct of Lord Sackville; and, if so, whether such communications can be laid before Parliament prior to the discussion on Class V. of the Civil Service Estimates?
