asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether it is proposed that the services of the teachers now engaged in the workhouse schools will be retained; and, if not, what provision is to be made for them?

(who replied) said: Notice of this Question only appeared on the Paper to-day, and he had not been able to obtain the necessary information. He must give the same answer to three other Questions on the Paper, relating respectively to the Galway Court Crier, Assistant Revising Barristers, and Sub-Commissioners' luncheons.
