§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. GOSCHEN) (St. George's, Hanover Square)It is not the practice to charge Income Tax under Schedule B on land let in allotments to cottagers; and if in any case the tax has by inadvertence been left in charge on such land, it will at once be discharged upon particulars of the case being given.
