§ THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)I am informed that the Chairman of the Commission fears it will be impossible to lay the Report on the Table before the House adjourns; but he hopes to submit the Report to the Queen very shortly, and to lay it on the Table on the first day of the Autumn Session.
