CAMERON (Glasgow, College)said, the proposal of which the right hon. and learned Lord Advocate had given Notice, to refer this Bill to the Standing Committee on Law, involved great and important considerations, and he (Dr. Cameron) hoped the Motion would not be made now. If it was made he must object.
