§ THE VICE PRESIDENT (Sir WILLIAM HART DYKE) (Kent, Dartford)The whole subject of the examination of pupil teachers is now under consideration, with a view to the alteration of the terms under which, so far as the Department is concerned, they are apprenticed; and, in the meantime, it will not be expedient to make any change in the Regulations.
