§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY, WAR DEPARTMENT (Mr. BRODRICK) (Surrey, Guildford)(who replied) said: The 3rd Battalion of the Royal Irish Regiment will this year be trained at Duncannon Fort instead of Wexford, because there is no suitable rifle range available at the latter place.
