§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. GOSCHEN) (St. George's, Hanover Square)It is somewhat early to ask me what measures I shall see my way to introduce next Session; but certainly it would be my desire, so far as it is possible to do so, to review the many anomalies that exist in the Stamp Acts, and I will give my best attention to the subject, including the point which I know the hon. Member is interested in with regard to stamps upon leases, and other documents of that description.
