HC Deb 09 May 1887 vol 314 c1274
MR. T. M. HEALY (Longford, N.)

asked the Parliamentary Under Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he will state what answer has been returned to the letter of Mr. Egan, in which he offers to return to Dublin and take his trial if a criminal charge is formulated against him, provided the venue is not removed from Dublin?

THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)

No Sir; no answer has been returned to that letter, because no such letter has been received.
