S.)asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he will make representations to the authority having custody of the shorthand writers' original notes and transcripts of the proceedings of the Cowper Commission, to insure facilities being accorded to Members of this House to inspect such notes and transcripts so far as the same record the evidence of witnesses?
