HC Deb 08 July 1887 vol 317 cc224-5
MR. DILLON (Mayo, E.)

I wish to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether he can, for the convenience of the House, give us any information as to when the Government propose to take Supply?

THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)

It is the intention of the Government to take the Irish Land Law Bill on Monday, and I hope it will be read a second time not later than Tuesday. In that event Supply will be taken on Wednesday or Thursday.

In reply to Mr. BURT (Morpeth),

MR. W. H. SMITH

said, that he feared it would not be possible to proceed with the Coal Mines, &c. Regulation Bill next week.
