Order read, for resuming Adjourned Debate on Question [5th August]. That this House will, upon Monday next, resolve itself into a Committee to consider of authorising the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of a portion of the Salaries of any additional Police Magistrates for the borough of Belfast, that may be appointed under any Act of the present Session to amend the Acts relating to the Royal Irish Constabulary, and to make provision for the appointment of a Watch Committee in Belfast, and for other purposes in relation thereto.
