§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)(who replied) said: If proper arrangements can be made for the transfer, the Science and Art Department will be prepared to absorb this Library into the National Library so soon as the new building is completed.
