§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)(who replied) said: The hon. Gentleman must have misunderstood the answer I gave on a previous day. What I said was that the Government would consider the possibility of appointing a Committee, and the question is still under consideration.
