§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.)I have made such inquiry as was possible since the hon. Member's Question was on the Paper; and I have not been able to learn that any instances have occurred of Bodies Corporate having let or sold land under the powers alluded to in the Question. I am still endeavouring to get information on the subject, and will inform the hon. Member of any instances that come to my knowledge.
