GLADSTONE) (Edinburgh, Mid Lothian)in reply, said, that the question was receiving the full consideration of his noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor, but it was impossible to give an answer in regard to it at present The Question was not so simple as it looked, or as one unacquainted with the subject might imagine, as it involved rather a large consideration of the manner in which land under entail or settlement is dealt with.
