ARTHUR O'CONNOR (Donegal, E.)asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he would have any objection to lay upon the Table a complete copy of the Memorial presented to the Innishowen Board of Guardians on Monday the 8th instant, objecting to the erection of Labourers Cottages in the Innishowen Electoral Division?
§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY (Mr. JOHN MORLEY) (Newcastle-on-Tyne), in reply, said, that the Memorial in question had not yet been laid before the Local Government Board, and he could not yet say whether it could be laid on the Table.
