GLADSTONE) (Edinburgh, Mid Lothian)said, some delay had occurred owing to the necessity of communications with the other House with regard to this Committee, in consequence of some doubts as to its constitution and numbers; but he hoped it would be nominated in two or three days. When they were informed of the Members to be appointed by the House of Lords, there would be no serious delay in completing the nomination of the Members.
