§ THE VICE PRESIDENT (Sir LYON PLAYFAIR) (Leeds, S.)A Bill is being drafted, and I hope will shortly be introduced, to amend the Medical Act of 1858. It will contain provisions to give direct representation to the Medical Profession on the General Medical Council.
