§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE DUCHY (Mr. HENEAGE)I shall be very glad to add a column showing the total number of agricultural labourers, to the Allotments and Small Holdings Return already promised, so far as the Census Returns of the Registrar General of 1881 1900 will furnish the information required by my hon. Friend.
