THE CHIEF SECRETARY (Mr. JOHN MORLEY)As regards the first-named of these places it is expected that the work will be commenced within a week. There has been, I am informed, no unnecessary delay. The Fishery Piers and Harbours Commission, have not yet made a final recommendation respecting Kilkerrin.
