THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOUR)&c.) (Clackmannan,, in reply, said, he yesterday received a letter containing a newspaper account of an indignation meeting with regard to this matter, and he at once sent down instructions for inquiry to be made into it.
