Mr. SPEAKER acquainted the House that ho had received a Letter from E. Dwyer Gray, esquire, returned as a Member for the County of Carlow and for the Borough of Dublin (St. Stephen's Green Division), making his election to serve for the Borough of Dublin (St. Stephen's Green Division); and the said Letter was read as followeth:— Jany. 21st, 1880. Sir, Having been returned for the St. Stephen's Green Division of the City of Dublin, and also for Carlow, I beg to say that I elect to sit for the former Constituency.
