asked the Under Secre- tary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether the Government have received any information, confirmatory or otherwise, of the truth of the statements contained in The Daily News of the thirtieth instant, as to the alleged treatment of Prince Alexander of Bulgaria by Russian and other Officers; and, whether Her Majesty's Government intend to make any diplomatic representations in the matter?
