HC Deb 23 August 1886 vol 308 cc254-5
SIR HENRY TYLER (Great Yarmouth)

asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the Report of the Committee to whom the question of the failure of the Collingwood 42-ton gun was referred; or whether he can state generally the conclusions of the Committee as to the cause of the failure of that gun?

THE SURVEYOR GENERAL OF ORDNANCE (Mr. NORTHCOTE) (Exeter)

(who replied) said, the Report had just been received, and would be laid before Parliament as soon as possible.
