§ MR. HIBBERTLast February the Treasury sanctioned payment to Mr. Bowler of the sum recommended by the Irish Government for his services in defending Hannen at the Summer and Winter Assizes of 1884. The trial was adjourned to last Spring Assizes, but we have heard nothing more about costs.
